Started a new painting today after the last post and I thought it would be fun to show some of the stages of development. So, here's the underpainting stage where I block out the most basic shading... whoops, went a little dark on her right arm.
No, I don't normally work like this. I've been trying to paint more, and try different things with painting itself being as I don't have a set way that I paint.
In a normal setting, I'd be using watercolors, but I wanted to play with acrylics beyond just texture.
