Comixpress seems to be having
some problems, and is currently
not accepting new books... so,
looks like the book is on hold...

...again. Fuck.

But I wont leave it on a
bad note so, while you
wait check out Stina Persson.

In case you didn't see this yet....

"So do you want the good news or the great news first?

The good news is the techs were able to resurrect the press and we're catching up fast on the backlog of printing. The great news is that due to the on-going nature of the problems we had with it our main digital press is being replaced with a brand-spanking, right outta the box new one as soon as they can get it in here. Once that's installed print delays will be behind us and we'll be back to cranking out some awesome-looking books.

We really want to thank everyone for being patient during the past few months - we received a lot of supportive and understanding emails and we couldn't be happier to get back to earning that support.

We're also going to continue holding off on new print orders for the time being so we can focus on the books that have been waiting. Not to mention that it's finger's and toes crossed that the now-old press keeps on ticking until the new press is here. But we're expecting the new machine within the next few weeks and as soon as we have a date we plan to open the floodgates again.

We also want to point out that we're finally running the new shopping cart system. Previous issues with error messages during checkout as well as orders randomly not completing should be a thing of the past. Please, if you placed a store order but your online account says you didn't, please email us - there's a good chance we didn't receive it due to the issues with the previous cart system (and the main reason we got away from it as quickly as we could). A quick email will get your order straightened out and on its way.

And now that we don't have to dance a jig around the press to try to get it to work we can start focusing on some other neat site upgrades we have planned. Keep an eye here! "

Hope is still alive.

Thanks, Ester. That's is some strange stuff. I like it, but it's very bizzare.

Thanks, Jeremy, I didn't see that yet. So, the book is still delayed, but yes, hope is alive!

Cool fan art.

I had to look twice on that almost looked like Ba's work at first. The bandages are almost dead on to his style, then your line work come out in the body. I like it.

Well, I sat there with the issues in hand looking at how Ba' draws Xeno, so the bandages and the glare on the glasses are all based on how Ba' does it.

I left the face a little cleaner than the body as well.
